Every month, along with a few friends, I help produce this really cool event called, The Whistle Bait. It originally started out at The Derby in Los Feliz, after getting over the sadness that the closing of a historic venue like that brings, we finally started the Whistle Bait event back up. We took about two months off, while we looked and looked for a new venue. Well we finally found a great fit. Every Third Saturday of the Month at Bordello in Los Angeles.

This month we will have a great line up, so hopefully you can make it out. We'll be featuring Los Angeles's Soul and Ska Sensation Police & Thieves also Cannibal Style Garage Punk byThe Hexxers from San Diego, plus Savage Rock n' Roll by Don Juan y Los Blancos. Also a very special Burlesque Performance by the beautiful Violet Valentine. Also our resident DJ's will keep you on the dance floor Johnny Devil, Alberto Sol, plus a very special Guest DJ Mighty Manfred.

for a while now, independent filmmakers have been tryin' to accomplish a more filmic look on their videos, using affordable cameras, and affordable accessories. One of the best solutions for this, is using a 35mm or DOF (depth of field) Adapter, which basically allows you to use an SLR Lens infront of your video camcorder, allowing you to have control over shallow depth of field. I've been playing around with different blogger skins, seems there's a whole blogging world I never knew existed. it's pretty cool actually, and it's kept me looking into it for a couple of hours now. I did a couple of searches on google, and found some very interesting websites with a lot of resources, tutorials and tips on how to completely modify your profile. I started working on a new layout for my brothers Jag35 blog site blog.jag35.com, I'm building it on this test account for now till it's ready and complete, then I'll be uploading the final to the actual site, of course I won't be able to finish it this weekend, I've got a wedding to attend to over the next couple of days, heading over to Vegas tomorrow morning. I just downloaded this new application for my iPhone, I don't know what it's called but I'm trying it out for the first time! It allows me to connect to a bunch of websites and basically upload posts, pictures or even video supposedly! We will see I guess. I'm pretty tired and ready to fall asleep I'm supposed to wake up early tomorrow so I guess I better get some rest. I guess I'm keep testing this application later on, I could definetly already see myself using this if it continues to work as smooth as it has been. I read a lot if reviews on it, and everyone seems to be saying that it works great at first but then after a while it'll start crashing eventually making this application unusable. I guess I will have to see for myself.
